About
Hey,
I'm
Jakob.
At 16 I discovered photography on holiday. At 18 I picked up my first DSLR — at first for nature shots. At 19 I got my first event job at NFF Club in Bremen, and from there the focus kept narrowing.
Hill of Dreams 2022 was the first festival I covered end-to-end. Good people, good music, fun on every level — the moment it became clear: this is it. Festival and club photography has been my main work ever since.
On stage I keep as low a profile as possible. I shoot the moment as it is. No staged poses, no manufactured setups. Pictures that show what actually happened.
Alongside that I shoot weddings, corporate events, brand and automotive work, and portraits. Signature edit, fast turnaround.

How I work
Four principles.
Four things that go without saying between briefing and handover.
- 01
One person, all roles
You have one point of contact — no agency chain, no briefing ping-pong, no handover losses.
- 02
Fast delivery
Usable files within 24 hours after the event. Full edits in under a week. Press-ready, social-ready, print-ready.
- 03
Signature edit
Consistent colour grading across an entire series. Not a stock filter, but a recognisable look that fits your brand.
- 04
Discreet on stage
Crew-friendly, quiet, never in the way. Familiar with festival workflows, backstage etiquette and headline-slot pressure.
Setup
Sony fullframe shooter.
Bright, fast, quiet. Enough for headline slots on main stages and available light in dark clubs.
